 Meet Dr. Raphael I. Agada, MD 

Dr. Raphael I. Agada is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C.

As Medical Director of RBH Medical Center, Dr. Agada is committed to delivering evidence-based medical care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and individualized treatment plans. His clinical expertise includes the management of diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, asthma, COPD, and other acute and chronic medical conditions. 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Agada is dedicated to medical education, serving as a Nurse Practitioner preceptor and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor, where he helps train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Known for his professionalism, clinical excellence, and compassionate approach, Dr. Agada is committed to providing exceptional healthcare while building lasting relationships with his patients and their families.

Meet Rose Chigbo, PMHNP-BC

 Rose Chigbo, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in nursing and healthcare. She earned her advanced psychiatric nursing degree from Herzing University and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.

Rose specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other psychiatric disorders. She is committed to developing individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being, resilience, and long-term recovery.

At RBH Medical Center, Rose partners with each patient to create a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment where they feel heard, valued, and empowered. Her goal is to help every patient achieve greater emotional balance, improved mental wellness, and a better quality of life.
