Begin your immigration medical exam with a comprehensive evaluation completed in one convenient visit. Our experienced team is here to guide you through each step of the process and help make your USCIS requirements simple and stress-free.
What Your Visit Includes
Comprehensive Physical Examination
A complete medical evaluation performed by our designated Civil Surgeon.
Required Laboratory Testing
All necessary testing required by USCIS guidelines will be completed as part of your examination.
What Happens Next?
After your examination, our Civil Surgeon will review your medical history and determine whether any vaccinations are required according to USCIS guidelines. If additional vaccinations are needed, you will receive instructions to obtain them through your local pharmacy or health department.
Once your laboratory results are received and reviewed, our team will contact you with the next steps. If any additional requirements need to be completed, we will provide guidance throughout the process.
After all USCIS requirements have been fulfilled, your Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, will be completed.
